1. POK: Massive Protests Against Pakistan Army, People Seek Help From India

Protests in Pakistan Occupied Kashmir against the Pakistan Army have intensified. People in 10 districts of POK have come to the streets alleging blockade and atrocities by the Pakistan government.

For the first time, protesters have publicly appealed to India for help. They said they are suffering without food, water, and medicine and requested India to provide assistance. Along with this, slogans demanding reunification with India are also getting louder.

A viral video of JAC leader Sardar Aman Khan is doing rounds on social media. In the speech, he said, “We have shortage of ration and medicine. People of Poonch and Rajouri in India, please help us.” He asked the crowd, “Should we cross the border and step towards India?” Thousands of people responded loudly, “Yes, let’s go.”

He also warned that if Pakistan government opens fire, they also have other options. Protesters are holding white flags and protesting peacefully.

Usually July 5 is celebrated as Kashmir Solidarity Day by Pakistan. But this year, on the same day, massive protests are happening against Pakistan itself. The entire protest is being led by Jammu Kashmir Joint Awami Action Committee - JAC.

As usual, Pakistan government is trying to suppress protesters. POK activist Shaukat Nawaz Mir along with 600+ protesters have been arrested. After this, the situation has worsened further.

Seychelles government also clarified that the award was approved legally before PM Modi’s visit for ocean conservation work.

2. Bishnoi Gang Gets Big Shock: 2 Shooters Killed in Encounter

Haryana Police and Delhi Special Cell have given a big blow to the Lawrence Bishnoi gang. Two shooters of the gang were killed in an encounter in Bahadurgarh, Haryana.

The deceased have been identified as Parvesh and Himanshu. Both had a reward of 1 lakh rupees on their heads. They were involved in the June 11 murder of a gym owner Kapil in Hansi. They were also wanted in another Delhi case.

Acting on specific input, Delhi Special Cell and Haryana STF intercepted them. The criminals opened fire first, and police retaliated. Both were injured and taken to hospital but died during treatment.

They were shooters not only for Bishnoi gang but also for Harry Boxer gang. During the operation, Delhi Police Special Cell constable Ankit was injured in the leg.

3. Heavy Rain Alert: IMD Issues Warning for Multiple States

India Meteorological Department has issued heavy rain alerts for several parts of the country from Monday.

Red Alert: Gujarat, Goa, and Central Maharashtra. Risk of waterlogging in low-lying areas.

Maharashtra’s Matheran Hill Station recorded over 400mm rain in 24 hours. In Delhi too, 15 flights were diverted due to heavy rain.

In Karnataka, Nilawade in Khanapur taluk of Belagavi district recorded the highest 195.5mm rain in last 24 hours. IMD predicts heavy rain for next 5 days in coastal, north interior and south interior districts. 4. Karnataka: SIR Process Controversy and Death of Officials

In the case of alleged attempt to topple Vijay’s government in Tamil Nadu, police have issued a lookout notice against DMK former minister Senthil Balaji and his brother Ashok Kumar.

The central government has issued a notice to tech giant Meta regarding objectionable ads related to child abuse on Instagram. Government asked Meta to delete all such ads and content immediately and submit a detailed reply within 7 days.

A recent BBC investigation found that by creating a fake account, within a week, ads with obscene content started appearing. These ads were directly linking to Telegram where videos were sold for just 99 rupees.
